Lunch Ideas For School Kids

The new school year is here. Whether the school or college will be online or in-person sessions, school essentials will be needed for the new school year. You can prepare a school shopping list with your kids and buy their necessities like notebooks, pens, glues, books, organizers, binders, pouches.

Buying necessities can be the most enjoyable part. You can spend a day with your kids and have a nice shopping day ending with pizza or burger take away.

However, school supply shopping is not the only responsibility of parents. Preparing lunch/snack boxes and making sure that they maintain a healthy diet is very important. It can be sometimes too tiring for especially working mums and dads. Therefore, planning ahead can make things easier.

Planning Ahead…

The first thing you should do is to make your food list from Monday to Friday and go/order grocery shopping during the weekend. Then, you can plan when to cook each food. You can also cook during the weekend and keep them fresh either in the fridge or freezer. All you need is to reheat the food and put it into lunchboxes.
