Central Market is a leading gourmet grocery retailer owned by H-E-B Grocery Company. It is one of the nation’s largest independent grocery retailers. It’s a relatively new store which was founded in 1994. The first store was opened in the Central Park Shopping Center in Austin, Texas. And the second store was opened in 1997 in the San Antonio area. Soon after, the store became successful and expanded rapidly. The latest store was opened in Dallas and Central Markets currently has ten locations in the state of Texas.
In the store, there is a full-service kitchen, which serves as a culinary school and it provides catering services as well.
