Steps of Pick-Up Order

1. Choose the store where you would like to pick up your order.
2. At checkout, you will be asked the time slot and date. Order can be made 7 days in advance.
3. While you are shopping online, you can leave detailed instructions for each item. For example, if you would like ripe bananas, you can write instructions. If the product is out of stock and you choose ‘allow substitutions', you will receive the best similar item.
4. If you let that you are 15 minutes away through the app, your order can be ready to be loaded into your car. If you choose “EBT at Pickup'' at checkout , you can pay by SNAP EBT. Otherwise, your orders can be paid by credit or debit card.

Steps of Delivery Order

1. Enter your delivery address.
2. At the checkout you can choose any date and time, even same-day delivery in 30 minutes later.
3. Online deliveries also accept detailed instructions while you are shopping for each item. Therefore, a shopping assistant can choose the right item for you.
4. Payment should be done online via debit or credit card. SNAP EBT is not accepted for deliveries.
5. Third-party companies usually bring your deliveries. There is also no human contact choice which you don't need to be present when your deliveries arrive.
